Leo's operating experience comes from inside the C-suite, not the sidelines. As Chief Operating Officer at Colling Media, he executed the CEO's vision across the entire business — leading day-to-day operations, restructuring teams for growth, and driving company-wide alignment through the integration of EOS.
That experience shaped how OwlOps works today: building the systems, structure, and accountability that let growing companies scale without breaking, with the discipline of an operator who has lived it.

Phoenix, Arizona isn't just Leo's birthplace — it's where his passion for the outdoors was sown. It's here he learned to appreciate the beauty of nature and the adventures it holds, a perspective that still shapes how he approaches every climb, in business and beyond.
Leo met his wife, Brie, at Northern Arizona University. Together they're raising two young daughters who share their passion for traveling and the great outdoors — as a family, they find joy in exploring new destinations and embracing the wonders of the natural world.
